Anna Maria Shares a Thanksgiving Recipe with Westchester Magazine….


In the November Issue of Westchester Magazine, Anna Maria 
shared a Thanksgiving recipe…
Butternut Squash Ricotta Gnocchi with a Mushroom Mascarpone Sauce

When asked why she chose this particular recipe, Anna Maria says, “I try to incorporate my heritage into this meal by including a pasta course before the main course. Butternut squash gnocchi allows me to give an Italian touch to a Thanksgiving meal along with 
a wonderful use of an autumn vegetable.”
After all, what is an Italian-American Thanksgiving without a pasta course!?!?
